Job Context:

Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network Ltd. (TRIN) is seeking a full-time “Research Assistant” to work on a Project of Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network Ltd.


Job Responsibilities:
  • ● Contribute to the team in conducting training programs.
  • ● Data collection, data entry, data cleaning, analysis and data handling.
  • ● Oversee and guide community workers to facilitate data collection.
  • ● Supervision of training participants in their environment.
  • ● Work in liaison with local faith based traditional healers, health professionals and persons with serious mental disorders.
  • ● Analyze and inform any related research issues that arise in the field promptly.
  • ● Contribute to the dissemination of project activity regularly.
  • ● Any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisors or Principal Investigator.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).
● Master of Public Health (MPH) is preferable.
● Previous experience in Research/ NGO/ Development Sectors will be an added value.

Experience Requirements:
  At least 1 year.

Additional Requirements:

  • ● Able to work under pressure.
  • ● Ability of Teamwork and good communication skills.
  • ● Age at least 25 years.
