On 14 April 2026, the Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network (TRIN) inaugurated Moner Kaj — a first-of-its-kind online platform dedicated to products and services made by people with lived experience of mental disorders and neurodivergent individuals.
The inauguration was held at the TRIN Office, Banglamotor, Dhaka, in the presence of professionals from diverse fields working in the mental health sector across Bangladesh.
Moner Kaj sources work directly from creators who have navigated mental disorders, social barriers, and discrimination — and brings their products and services to a wider audience. Behind every listing on the platform is a human story of resilience, creativity, and recovery.
The platform aims to challenge stigma, promote social inclusion, and create meaningful economic opportunities for a population that is too often overlooked.
